Plugging sensor holes in radiator
I'm no longer using any factory sensors in the radiator so I no longer have the need for them, but damn it to hell if you just leave them out, oops there are big holes for the antifreeze to come rushing out.
any good thoughts of ways to plug them up. like are they common bolt sizes and then throw a brass washer behind it.
also the thought of just leaving them in place probably wont work because they were falling apart when i took them out of the old rad.
thanks

If they are standard pipe thread just go to Home Depot and get brass fittings from the plumbing dept to close the holes 9with teflon to seal the threads). I am not sure what thread Mazda used, so I'd carry one of the old sensors with you to the store to see if you can match it up threadwise.

i'm about 99% sure they aren't pipe threads and just use a crush washer.
so i might just try to drag them to a hardware store and see what i can figure out.
i was just curious if someone had done it and could give some input about it too.
