Pictures of Battery Relocation

Is there anyone who has relocated their battery to the trunk/hatch area that can share photos? Thanks.

Most folks put them in the passenger side bin. That way its out of sight and doesn't take up any extra space.

I've always wondered why people are so prone to locating the battery on the passenger's side. The starter is directly under the gas pedal in a rotary, so why not put it behind the driver's side bin? That's what I did and it worked well for me. I don't have any pictures of the relocation though, mainly due to it being a little sketchy and I'm redoing my wiring this winter.

Main reason battery is moved from engine compartment is to take its weight off the left front wheel. It's relocated to passenger side bin area to shift weight rearward and offset weight of driver. As you're planning to redo wiring anyway, why not move battery to right side bin and reap the rewards of slightly better weight distribution...

Also, my subwoofer is in the driver side bin. Gives a nice thump in the backside.
