picture of 1979 intake manifold and a question

If I am using the the 79 intake manifold on my 85 can I just plug these 3 lines? I am guessing they are simply for emissions. I know I have to get a small tab of aluminum welded on to block the air port and I am making block off plates for the acv+cv, but I am unsure about these 3 lines. Thanks, (I hope the picture is clear enough)

I can't get the picture to post it is too big
oh well, there are 3 lines on the manifold on the side that attaches to the engine. 2 had vacume lines coming off them and one has a thing that screws in with a line on the end. I will try to post the picture.
