the rims are from compomotive its 15x7. i don't think they make it anymore. i'll get pics of under the hood soon.

appears to be the Rotary Engineering twin Weber 36DCD setup. I have them on my '84 and '83 RX-7's. I have another set for my '81 RX-7 Here's a link to my '84 showing the same carbs: http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/336427/3
