Go advanced, then the manage attachments button. Follow it from there.

 

You can also link to pictures on a web site by enclosing the url in approriate [IMG} [/IMG] tags, like this:

{IMG}http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/2/web/2114000-2114999/2114698_6_full.jpg{/IMG}

I used { and } in this sample so it wouldn't show the picture and you could see the syntax. If you replace these with [ and ], it will show the picture, like this:
