How many miles are on it? I'd first start with a full tune up including spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, fuel filter, air filter, oil change with new filter, possibly changing the transmission and rear end fluid if they look to be in need. If you do not need to go through emissions you could get the entire Racing Beat exhaust system for a nice boost in power. Welcome to the world of Rotaries(see sig). Post pictures!

since ive been around for like a couple months am i allowed to say(or is it just for doc and select others to say)

use the search function at the top of the page? Cuz i did that and got these questions answered without starting a new thread. Just a heads up before you get flamed for asking common questions and not searching first.

Now to be helpful. Rats nest removal. Check the Faqs for a tutorial. You can fab your own cold air intake. Makes a bit of difference and its cheap. Exhaust, recommend upgrading suspension if you do much engine stuff. Brakes are handy.

Then other questions. Is it as a daily driver or do you wanna race/rally/autox it?

Cheers and good luck with your 7

There's nothing wrong with saying that, just helping us and the new guys out...

This is perfectly accetable for you to state. This is how members educate other members so that they can learn and then educate more new members. Mods cannot see every thread or educate every member that comes on here.

With that said. Hew Newbie Eskimos85, Search.

Just funnin with you. But it is true, you need to not only search but read the rules of the 1st gen section. Vipernicious updated it with new information on the search function and such.

Here is the thread link in the FAQ section that you are looking for.

https://www.rx7club.com/1st-gen-archive-71/reference-upgrading-stock-rx-7-thread-217446/

When you view the faq section. There is a thread link at the top of the page for Felix's Rotary site. I feel all members should read the entire site. There is a ton of basic information in there.

Happy reading!
