Looking good, very clean 7 too. Can't say I've seen your old wheels before though. Are they the S model steelie option?

Holy crap that was fast. XD

Yes, It's an '83 S, they're 13X5.5, and are in really sorry shape. I guess they are rare... Sort of, I've only seen one other car with those wheels on it, and it was on here. Every other S I've seen has the +s on them.

Sweet! Very clean looking car. Hang onto those steelies, they're quite difficult to find, and have a unique look to them.

can't believe your '7 suffered it's whole life till now with those ugly *** steelies. Every time I see a car with those I want to barf.

Looks damn nice with the panas, I love those wheels. They look even better on darker cars but don't look too bad on tan. (think my fav. wheel on a tan car is a black 5 spoke)

Well crap, now I'll have to go out in the cold and look, and then feel stupid for not knowing that, lol. For me, the plus wheels have worn out thier look since they are so common. A nicely refinished, or powdercoated set with trim rings might be a nice change.

Alex, I will be getting to your car as soon as I can get a few days when it's in the 50's. I need at least one day for the widebody to get the DCDs setup then it's time for your's. I really need that garage space back. Thanks for your patience.

They are +20s and I paid $900 with the Yokohamas. The guy that I bought them from has an ebay store called Rotary Restorations .

I might trade the steelies for some +s, because there is a parts car at my school with them on it, and one of the steelies is bent (ding on lip from previous owner), so I had to repair one with a very large hammer.

I kept my set of steelies for nastalgia purposes and they are sitting in my closet back in MD, along with my turbo. I even still have the hubcaps LOL. The panas look great, I'd want a lower offset but I like a good size lip on my wheels

Sweet wheels dude!
I'm getting a set myself shortly.
Looks great.

But, what on earth do you mean by the tagline "the environmentally unfriendly '83 RX-7"?

sorry to sound needy, but is there anyway you can take a shot down the side of the car so i can see how the wheels line up with the fenders? im curious on how the offset fits the wheel well also, how much room do you have to the inner fender? and how close to you come when going lock to lock?

Sorry for the bunch of questions but im about to order some JLine 6RL2's for my FB, and im curious as the fittment of the 15x7 +20s (im going to be trying to fit a 15x8 +X offset (not sure of offset until i do the 5 lug conversion) an 16x9.5 in the rear. thank in advance

looking for a pictures similar to this

I have 15x7 wheels with a +15 offset. Fronts needed minor fender rolling in order to clear the 205/50-15 tires. But, my car is LOW. The front tires are *almost* above the bottom of the fender lip when parked without anyone inside. Even as low as the car is, I have no rubbing issues while AutoXing it.
15x7 with a +20 offset would be very near the same, only ~5mm further back.

looks like tan to me in the pictures.

I sure love the off-white though, maybe it's just bad light?

I want a GSL-SE in that color, with a TII driveline.

It's formula white guys... and flat primer white, lol.

Driftking777, I'll get some pictures Sunday night or some time on monday. What spoiler do you have on your car?

Markusr2001, One of my friends said that about my car, because it has no cats, and smokes like a chimney whenever it gets a chance. Plus it runs pig rich at random intervals, so people don't like to stay behind me, especially when it has a oil burning fit when I down shift.
