sorry man i don't have any pics of mine (no camera). the installation directions that come with both have plenty of pics and excellent directions so you shouldn't have any problems with getting everything in.

P.S. take out the gas tank like the directions say, you can't really get around that one!

have fun

Take a look at Izzy's setup at Izzy's Custom Cages. Lots of good pics and source links for the parts.

I've only got one picture from my install on a customer car. The only thing I'll add is to follow his directions COMPLETELY. It should take you about 2 hours to make sure everything is right, and about 30 minutes to weld and bolt everything in. Oh, and the 2-hours is with help.

The setup guide is pretty trick, too. Jim really knows his stuff, despite what two other RX-7 "setup experts" <cough>Mazdatrix/ISC<cough> say.

And you'll really like the handling difference. I know both owners of the car I put it on were amazed at the difference. One of them can almost keep up with me now in his superiorly-prepped car!

EDIT: The fuel cell is out of the car, so that's why you get such a clear picture of the setup.

ok guys calm down seriously. As greg correctly pointed out I don't give a **** if its pretty, and I am definatly getting it, cause I know it will make a difference. I just like to see what I'm getting into before I shell out $600. Just curious. calm it down Oh and those pics are exactly what I was looking for. Shouldn't be a hard install.

hmm, how do the ones posted in that link compare to the G Force parts? They are a bit cheaper. Will all this stuff work with the stock gas tank? I would assume it does

it will work with the stock tank, but you have to be very **** about the cross brase's location otherwise you will have problems.

I agree, Jim (aka Gforce) knows his **** and specializes in our cars. What more could you ask for. I am nothing short of thrilled with his knoweledge, quality, support and friendlieness. And his stuff kicks serious butt too. I have the track bar, tri link and his springs along with the setup manual. I hope to get the advance shocks when I learn enough to justify the expense. Right now Im still an oaf in advanced suspension tuning so they would do me no good over my tokicos.

Did he not advise against using his springs with the shocks when you ordered? We were going to order the springs for said customer car but Jim said it wasn't a good idea as the shocks weren't up for his incredibly high spring rates. I can't remember what's on the front, but it's got Illuminas in the back.

in jims book he says that 400 lb in the front and 275 lb springs in the rear is the stiffest you can go with tokicos. i guess i'll find out for sure when it warms up

Local guy here is running 300lb on the rear with the illuminas and hasn't had any problems with them blowing out. Of course I've never asked if he's had them revalved or not.

The link I posted for Izzy's is the same set up I believe he uses at the track in IT-7 down at St. Louis Gateway International.
