Question pacesetter exhaust

manza perf. exhaust rear section... any good?? sound? lou? quiet? anybody know??

Years back I had that rear section on my 83 GSL... not the highest quality piece, but not bad for what you pay... sounded half decent too IMHO...

ya i know.. im basicly an idiot and 4got that ive looked at all this already... pacesetter is ****. i feel like an idiot for even asking. not worth the money.


but i really just wanted to know about the flowmaster mufflers.... im getting rb headers, but dont know what the put behind it. im on a budget, and i want something quiet... im a sneeky kid with a marked car.. hahaha

Other posts I've read recently recommend the Borla Pro-XS. I need to replace my cat (considering Bonez) and I'm also thinking about the Borla muffler...

The pacesetter header sounds exactly like the racing beat to me. I dont know if its just loyalist or what. The muffler is where it's completely different. Glasspacks wont last but maybe a week, if even an hour..

While the Pacestter won'r last anywhere near as long as the RB or oem, it can be a cheap alternative to get the car on the road. Flowmaster muffler, no, go with a Magnaflow/Borla instead.

I have a pacesetter that came on the car when I bought it. its not so bad I kinda like the sound of it. Here is a video(crappy one but one none the less)

PS you can really hear the shutter valve sticking (I think thats what it is)
