R U sure U searched?
There are some good threads out there with a lot of help on heat.

I got mine under control only after getting a new radiator. It was about 100 bucks and it was bigger than the original. It still fit, and the heat problem was over. I had put in a new water pump and thermostat and added a second pusher fan, but nothing even made a difference without the new radiator. make sure you use a fan shroud.

try flushing your radiator, or even better get it boiled out. you would be suprized at the gunk build up. and how it can effect the radatior in hard conditions.

Sounds like either radiator, or water pump. Probably radiator.
