Blue smoke is oil.

If you smelled the odor from the tailpipe it would be a sweet odor not a foul odor like oil.

White. Is either fuel or coolant. You will either have a fuel smell back at the exhaust or other. Other will be coolant.

The Doc Is Right Blue Is Oil
White Is Coolant Or Fuel
Doc Do You Think That He Over Heated The Engine Making It Warp And Allowing More Oil Than Normal Into The Combustion Chamber?

Normally what happens when you overheat a 7 engine is that the coolant seals go. We do get warpage in our engines but it's not like what you are used to on a conventional piston engine where the cylinder head warps.
