9k since the rebuild.

 

A few years back I had a short between the leads feeding into my coils, and it was casuing the leading and trailing to fire erratically. it only happened occasionally, and I found it by accident. but it destroyed one freshly rebuilt motor, that had about 10k km on it, and cracked the apexs on the second motor i put in to replace the first (it also flattened the springs when it happened) the whole time I thought my timing might have been advanced to far, and was dinking with it to fix it. engine was a 13b bridge with a 51mm IDA and all the goodies. the first time was raceing out by tomari bridge by Naha city, and the second time was racing the long strip at henoko. all of the problems were caused by a short....

lol, damn man calm down. It was KINDA funny. Oh crap I forgot to write down the 0-60 times. DAMMIT. I will have to do it again and let you know. I have been playing with the timing and have gotten ALOT of low end power out of it, without the detoantion going on. I have also figured out that I put the dizzy on a tooth off (how many degrees is that?). Anyways I will bump your thread from way back and let you know.
