omp line (hurry)

ok i searched but couldn't find what i wanted and im kinda in a hurry. I would like to start the 81 today but i want to make sure that the omp is working befor i run her to long. Where does the omp line to the carb conect so i can check to see if its working properly? and how much oil should be flowing from it?

they are the two clear tubes that look the same on the drivers side of the carb. haynes manual says 2.0 - 2.5cc is good.
