TN OMP Bolts

The two that attach the pump to the block.....(NOT the lines themselves). I'm not sure if the torque specs are in the SM, but I don't have a torque wrench anyway. (And God, who could get much of anything down there anyway).

The top bolt kinda didn't want to seat "snug". The bottom one did. I was afraid to overtighten due to stripping it. I could see it strip through aluminum, but isn't the section the pump is bolted to iron?(Harder to strip).

Or should I just back the bolt out and go in again?

Had to get the 6-port sleeves unstuck and in the process replace almost every hose and a half dozen other things that broke or were rotten. Ready to put the LIM on but not until I resolve this OMP bolt issue.

Thanks

The OMP is bolted to aluminum. If you get the bolts snug you should be fine.
