Thumbs up

Looks fine to me.

You could always re-do it later if you wanted, after it is running.

Got pics if the intake side?

Ya see here in America (the real one...), we eschew foreign phrases and seek to incorporate Ameri-Englishicized terms to replace non-sensical words from other languages that might also require bits 'n pieces of embellishment not normally found on a regular keyboard...FYI...

Read under the actual attachment link and you'll see how many times that particular attachment has been clicked. As of now, it's 60 times for the first one and 40 times for the second one. When I think about it, when you initially click on the thread, one would have no idea that I imbedded his pics in my post because his damn sig is so long. It takes up the whole screen! Just natural to click, my apologies to all the nitwits for calling you nitwits...all 59 of y'all...

Mike,
how are you planning on routing the intake, both to the turbo and from the intercooler to the tb?

Damn how to you guys do those multiple quotes in one post, I have to read them all and then comment.. Well the intake side will remain a secret for a little while anyways, I waited forever to get someone I know to weld it, so I went to a friends and welded it myself Looks pretty good for the first time I used a heliarc

I think the IC piping personally looks like ****, see how hard it pushes on the rubber reducer coupling at the turbo? I do not like that at all

@peejay I didnt paint it LOL Its powder coated My freind bob has a powder coater...

@FD Racer , the old cosmo intake was cut down about 10 inches.. I cut the old part at the front most part of the intake (where the IC piping went to the cosmo orginally) then I cut way back right after the 3 TB ports colect, I cut it at a 45 degree angle offseted about 30 degress (god you gotta love band saws). I then ground it down with a die grinder so the old cosmo part at the end fit it snugly, and then I welded it

@Madman Its made outta 2 1/2 Mandrel bent tubing suitable for exhaust. I know its heavy but doesnt really matter that bad. This car is still gonna have a radio so theres more weight...

BTW: The rubber hose you see if Bellowsflex Blue label, its for marine wet exhaust on boats... Its some tough *** stuff, you can bend it in a complete 180 and it wont kink and at 200 pounds I weigh I can stand on it and it wont crush , but man was it a PAIN IN THE *** to shove onto the intercooler, my wrist still hurts from that...

Looks good to me, dude! (Didn't I see aluminum foil on a thread earlier?). Now, Mike, you may 'splain to me just what the heck its for and what you expect performance wise. A wise man once said "The only stupid question is the one that was not asked", so I'm askin'!
