That could be something as simple as condensation, try not to jump to conclusions. And if it only does it on startup, I wouldn't worry much about at all.

Could be from the intake coolant o-rings leaking. If it blows white smoke, with a sweet smell, when first started cold, it's getting a small amount of coolant into the combustion chamber(s). Does it seem to have a mild misfire (when the smoke is coming out) part of the time? If so, it's getting the plug tip wet.
I have that issue about 1/5 of the time, for cold starts only. Will be pulling the intake soon.

I start it up, giv it some gas to keep it alive, constant throttle at liek 1500rpms. Then I let it idle on its own, it drops down to like 350rpm then immediatly kicks back up to 750rpms. After i drive around town awhile with AC on it idles at like 1100 rpms are so. I dont know how to explain if the exhaust is sweet, my neighbors think i bit crazy when i get out of my car and start sniffin the exhaust pipes..

I would avoid additives. Minor smoke on startup is not abnormal. Water vapor will condensate in the exhaust from the humidity in the air.

Keep an eye on it as water seals are prone to failure. I wouldn't loose sleep over it, though, untill hard starting and constant smoking or loss of power are aparent.

You shouldnt have to keep your foot on the accelarater like that when warming your car it should do it itself, I would look into resetting your Choke or something you will have problems if it ends up cutting out and floods.
