Oil Weight Selection?

So I'm going to change my oil quite soon. Since my repair shop has done it, I'm not sure what weight or even how much (just 5.8q or just throw in the 6?). I live in Ohio, so it gets pretty hot in the summer. I'm going to be autocrossing, should I put in 10w-40? I'm unsure.

I use 10w30, as I found a chart awhile ago that listed the vicosity during different temperatures,e tc. I took a look and couldnt find it, sorry. However, I know it was 10W30 that was reccomended for most applications

I checked the FSM, it is 10w-30. 10w-40 is for even higher atmospheric temperatures.

so...anyone know about the differential fluid?

I run 10W30 winter, 20W50 summer. The lube charts are in the FSM and the owner's manual, find one.
