there's a procedure outlined in the FSM, basically doing that ^ and measuring the output, don't forget to pour oil in while you unhook the lines.

First off, is it carbed or fuel injected? Carbureted is real easy, just take off the lid on the air box, look at the oil jets and rev it up. You'll see the oil being injected. Not real sure on the FI 13B

I think it's a good idea to add 6-8 oz. of MMO or 2-cycle to every fillup whether the OMP is working or not. The premix is a better lube and eventually your engine will run smoother.

Does the premix mess with the fuel injectors on a GSL-SE?

My SE runs better than ever after several months of MMO premix while leaving the OMP intact.

When I first got this poor orphan it ran poorly, sometimes flooded, and occasionally (once a week) wouldn't start. I replaced all plugs and ignition wires. Was considering new or overhauled fuel injectors. But now, months later, it runs flawlessly.

Oh, and I use Autolite 2626s in it, although it's heresy to some people.

I have heard (and still do) that a one oz to one gallon rule is good for 98% of driving, with a little more added for track days/racing.

Then again, I have heard .5 oz per gallon, and that is on the back of an idemitzu (sp) bottle, specific for premixing into rotary engines.

All in all, any good 2 stroke oil with TCW3 in it will work great. I use outboard engine 2 stroke oil with TCW3, have had no problems with it.
