oil pressure

I finally got my car tagged... 6 months in the garage and 2nd gen oil cooler and radiatior... with probe seats... well i was driving it and i noticed when im at idle my oild pressure goes way down but when i drive it stays right where its supposed to be.... what could the problem be... thanks guys

12.8-38.4 psi at idle, 64-79 psi at 3000 rpm, per the 85 FSM.

problem

do you have a stock gauge? they are not as good as after market..then being 20+ yrs old even a sunpro gauge would be better..at letting you know what was going on for sure
