No, it would cost more adapting the ac lines than it would repairing the oem oil lines. Is it the hard or soft part of the lines that are giving you trouble?
Check out my thread in the archives on installing an FC fmoc, it may give you some ideas as to what you can do with your lines.

im going to save the old fittings so i just have 2 have them crimped on the old ac lines and its the soft part they are just spongy like with oil...i sqeez it and oil comes out .....it has good oil pressure just leaks all over.....i dont have a behive i have a fmoc already (gsl-se)....
Just have some new hoses crimped onto your old fittings. Shouldn't be more than about $40-50, if you do everything but the crimping.
When I went from the beehive to an FC FMOC, it cost me a little over $50 for everything I needed, including the new hose.

Is your motor worth trying to save 30-40 bucks on the proper oil lines? If it isn't, then don't even bother asking, just do it and cry about it later. Ac lines have oil in them to lube the compressor. It is not a type of oil that is compatable with engine oil. Hint Hint.
