1st gen lines wont work. they use a thread on fitting instead of the banjo style. Most people have lines custom made when they do this conversion. What type of lines do you have now? Also hit the search. As many people have done thes change before.

it looks like basic sdtock lines that go for the cooler. They are leaking pretty badly and need to be replaced, could they have the first gen lines on them and that is why they are leaking?

the fist gen lines are totally different and wouldn't work at all. so, the leaking is may be coming from a cracked fitting (common) or from a rupture in the line itself.

you may try replacing the lines with a nice set of braided stainless lines. that should fix your problem if the lines are actually the source of the lak. a good set runs about 110.00 from mazdatrix.

That looks like a GSL-SE cooler. can you take pics of the end of the cooler where the lines go into it?

That is a GSL-SE Cooler. is it the lines leaking or the fittings or the cooler. The cooler will crack and leak. you may need to tighten the lines some. the last person may have not pulled them tight enough. But be carefull or you can crack the cooler.

How much is it leaking? Where is it leaking at?

well if you look at the sway bar it's covered in grease and oil, and the endings where it meets up with the cooler it's leaking as well.

There are copper crush washers that seal the pipe thread to the cooler. They are probelly between the pipe thread and the block also. They may just need tightened to stop the leak. I took one off this weekend and It was all I could do to remove the lines, they were so tight.

Myself. If you are not leaving a puddle everytime you stop then I would not mess with it.

time for new lines. you barely ned to tighten the lines on the cooler. heed this advice! you will crack the female end with little effort.

also, make sure you get new crush washers! it may be leaking due to lack of crush washers.

cracked metering pump lines. you need to replace those ASAP! or you can block off the omp and premix. the pan gasket is an easy fix. might as well replace it. while you are at it, and you decide to keep the omp, replace the gasket.
