110 is too high. There is a blockage in the oil system somewhere.

What does the oil look like? Golden brown or is it darker?

When was the last time it was changed?

What viscosity do you use?

Track that hissing noise down. It's likely an unrelated vacuum leak, but it could be an oil leak. I'm still kinda new to the old 12a, are there any vacuum lines that could cause an oil issue?

Also, check the wiring and oil pressure sensor. There have been a few posts around here where there was a loose/broken/shorted/pinched wire that led to an unusual sensor reading.
