Offset of my rims?

I dont know the offset of my 15x7 panasport rims is there anyway i can find out? I want to put wheel adapters on my car that push the wheels out 38mm but i would have to know the offset of my rims i have now so that i can buy different ones with the same offset to make them flush with the fenders. Im pretty confused right now and would love some advice.....Thanks

That's the factory offset, I suppose you could change it to make the wheels look wider.
