Odd Rear brake 'trouble'...

While I was swapping in my replacement LSD, I noticed something odd with the brakes/brake lines. When I removed the rear brake lines to allow the axles to slide out, I was quite surprised when no fluid leaked out. Removed the other side, and still no fluid. I checked the master cylinder fluid, and it hadn't budged... Now, in all my experience with brakes, this could only mean the rear calipers aren't working (duh, right? ). So, I was wondering if these lines are known to get clogged, or is the fault in my master cylinder? The car stops fine and all, and the park brake still works (and yes, I understand that's cable operated), but if it stops this good with only the front brakes working, then I can't wait to get these taken care of

Maybe the brake proportioning valve is stuck and not letting any pressure go to the rear brakes. I know if you have completely drained your brake system and then go to put the new fluid in this gets stuck so that no pressure goes to the rears until you pump it real hard a couple of times once you get some fluid in the brake lines. Or maybe this thing is just old and stuck so that the pressure isn't going to the rears at all.

Hmm, try banging on the proportioning valve?

Also, make sure the master cylinder has been bled. I recently did my brakes and I wasn't getting much pressure at the rears and I had to blead the master cyclinder because I had emptied the entire system of fluid an the master still had air in it and wouldn't push anything down to the rears.
