o.k check this out.
The local wrecking and salvage have 2 rx7's one is an 83 and not sure about the other. They want 100.00 for the motors (each), would i be wasting my time to get 1 rebuilt. I'm thinking i would always have 2 motors, wondering if this would be a wast of time and money. just 12a's screeming for help dont know how long they have been sitting. i didnt even think about the carbs.
what do you guys think. thanks alot for your help.

See if they'' sell the whole car for a good price, but its not hard to find these cars out there, so if it hasn't got the LSD disc rear end I wouldn't pay much over the $100.
Then part them out yourself and keep what you want. The engine alone is somewhat risky in that you dont know the condition of the housings, etc.
