Not your typical Bridgeport

Anyone ever see a bridge port like this? I've searched and couldn't find anything like this.

Looks like someone drilled out the bulk material but decided not to connect them...? Those edges look nasty too.

This was before it was cleaned up while doing the streetport. I just never saw a Bridgeport like that, my guess is to make the engine brap

Which talking with the builder was something we discussed. I really wanted a large streetport and the brap sound, but not a bridge port for street purposes, rather keep my fillings in.
