Ok, so i was cleaning out the air filter and carbs. I started the car up without the blue air filter case on, and it started fine, turned the car off, put the blue case back on and went to start it agian, wouldn't do ANYTHING. OK, we tried turning the key and the car won't crank, but the starter motor works. We then looked at the fuses, and put a fuse back in that had fallen out, this time nothing happened, not even the starter motor. PLEASE HELP, i'm dying with out my car.

 

Turn on the headlights, then try the ignition. Do the headlights dim or stay the same?

 

Well, if you take the fuse back out maybe you could get your starter to work again .

 

"the car won't crank but the starter motor works" ???
