Question is this normal?

alright i just put my new engine in and its super smooth compared to my old engine, but it gets a little shaky at about 6000-6500 rpms. i was just wondering if this was normal or should it be super smooth all the time no matter what?

Nope, it should be smooth well past the redline.
What kind of shake? Is it gear dependant? Does it happen under load/no load?

i didnt get to break it in, it had about 1200 miles on it when i got it, the carb was rebuilt all the tranny bolts a tight, and it happens when i have the clutch pushed in or when i have it in neutral, and you can kinda feel it when its in a gear
