noob question
ok call me stupid but what do they mean when they say ported engine and street ported and all that crap. like this performance part for your ported engine?

Ported engines are mods to make it breath and exhale better.
Some parts work better with ported engines as they might be overkill on a stock one.

Give someone who can port $$$, they tear down your motor, port it, and put it back together.
