yes float is stuck open...

u got stock fuel pump? u haven't touched anything?

if so...open up carb...clean and make sure needles are ok.

I you got an aftermarket...make sure you got the fuel pressure reg set at a low pressure.

Hey guys, I had (well...still have) the same problem on my '82 Nikki carb. Ignition on, and the primaries and secondaries fills up with fuel. I dismantled the carb for a cleanup and rebuilt (needed it anyway) and changed the float neddles...but while I'm re-assembling it, I notice the air vent solenoid is stuck!

Now, I did'nt had time to look really at what the air vent does, but if it is shut, is it going to prevent the fuel from going in the return line? (Thus pressurizing the carb and creating the overflow)... just asking.
