Nikki Carburetor

I have been messing with a Nikki carburetor for a couple weeks now. I am at the point I am ready to put it back together. When I took all of the spings and what not off of the primary and secondary butterfly valve bolts I put them in order on a bolt so I would know the order they should be in. I got home last night to find them all over the floor. Does anyone happen to have a blown out view of how the carb goes back together. I have a pretty good idea but can't get the secondary to function correctly. Thanks

This may have what you're looking for:

Also, keep in mind, the secondaries will not open when working the throttle plates when there isn't any vacuum to operate the vacuum secondaries (assuming you didn't mechanize the secondaries yet).

Thanks.

I am aware of how the secondaries work. I was actualy playing around with making them somewhat mechanical, this carb is a real test project.

mechanical is the way to go...have to extend/modify the accelerator pump SWING/MOTION in order to get the right fuel amount to shoot in so it doesn't die for a sec (which mine currently does haha)

I actually am looking for a accelerator pump casting. I used a little too much heat to get the screws out and warped the thing. Don't know what I was thinking buy one day I was cooking everything that wouldn't come off. Anyone know of a place I could get a replacement? I have a extra carb but I would still be out a part then.
