Hello, I'm new to this site, and i need some help. First off if there are any sites I should go read to answer any of the questions I ask, please fill me in. I bought a 1984 Rx-7 GS off of my friend. the engine is bad but the body and frame are in great shape. the interior needs work but it is a very good car to fix up. I need to get a new engine, or find a good overhaul/rebuild kit. I live in Columbia, MO and i need to get started in the search for a running engine. Can anybody help????? That is where I got an engine for my REPU. It is a network of wrecking yards and can get you a good price if you aren't looking for a rebuilt. I paid $600 for the '86 13b that I got, I imagine a 12a would be similar price. If you are looking for new/rebuilt I am sure somebody else will have a suggestion.
If you wasnt to buy all the stuff to rebuild it yourself www.mazdatrix.com is a great place. excellent service, quick delivery and reasonable prices.

hey mad man call the rotary doctor in neosho it is a drive but he can do anything. And for 1500 he can build you a beastly 12a. that is where i got mine but he has running 12a for 350 no warranty used motors.
