I'll see what I can do! Probably won't be anything for the first batch, but still.

Hey Guys,

I just have a bit of bad news for the GSL-SE guys, those pieces are so short that I actually won't be able to offer the bungs on there. Really sorry ...

Why not make another version that is long enough for the bung and just have people trim the hose buy an inch or so to fit? Just a thought. I dont own an SE so I dont know if its possible.

They always have the option of using a 12a style with a 12a upper rad hose. I don't think that adding an inch would be very possible without getting into the way of other things.

Just use the 12a housing on the 13b. I'm using a 12a housing on my 13b motor.. Just upper 12a radiator hose like Sam stated.

I found an aluminum coolant outlet at the salvage yard for my -SE motor. Look for the round yellow radiator cap sticker located bottom left of image. It has a radiator cap and an untapped mounting hole for a sensor. I needed to find an outlet like this that would allow me to place the radiator cap at the top of the cooling system. Notice how low the vw rabbit radiator sits on the right. I actually had to lower the radiator again after this picture was taken since the hood wouldn't clear the rabbit rad. cap. Yes, there's enough room to fit two basketballs in there!

The outlet is nearly horizontal to the ground. I am able to route the air filter under the radiator hose. sry, pic is from my website and is very old. brb, i should take another picture.....

I'm not sure how this would workout in an RX7 since the outlet is angled differently. I tried to show the angle of the outlet in these two photos and the position of the air intake clearance to the rad hose.

It's been years since I located that part at the salvage. So I can't tell you what make of car it was off from. I think it was a Nissan....all foreign cars look alike to me. j/k.

my site is full of broken links right now. maybe i wrote it all down in there somewhere....need to fix that.
