new project

well i just got my new project tonight. 82 rx7. many of you have prolly seen the car on craigslist. its purple and stuff it was a girl named vania's car. shes on here but yea i just got done cleaning it out and ish. the onlything i notice was the head ligth switch will bring the lights up but not down and none of my lights work at all and all my fuses were good when i looked at them. anyone got any suggestions? could use all the help i can get

Try the relays, and download your FSM, I'm sure Trochoid will tell you this so I'm saving him the trouble =)

a lot of times the contacts in the actual light switch get worn and need to be cleaned. the filthy contacts will cause conditions such as what you are experiencing. does you headlight switch located above the shifter work properly?
