Cool front bumper. Like the yellow, don't like the white hood. Needs to be yellow, or maybe black IMHO.

Okay, now that the pictures are there...we need a serious RESIZE. I do like the front bumper though, like a few other people mentioned as well.

Rims are one of 2 or 3 of the SA waffle patterns. I like that style better than the + wheels. When done in 2 colors, or a color and polish, they can be a sharp looking old school wheel.

Ian, the front bumper fits quite well, need to bump out the dimple of the driver's side fender of the wrap. I'm not a fond of the white accents, seen too many riced cars that do that to the interior, black would look better. The wheels needs refurbished to match the quality of finish of the rest of the car., but you know that already. I can take care of that if you wish.

To answer your MSN message this morning, yes I do. I'm a night owl so you won't get a response before 2p on MSN.

The flying Mazda logo on the front works for me.

I like the bumper. Could use some side skirts and rear bumper to match. Speaking of matching, the wheels aren't working with that yellow lol. With the modern look of the bumper, I'd suggest a more modern set of wheels.

As for the color, I do like the yellow, but the white comes off as looking unfinished. Nice Mazda emblem

Wheels will be the rotor wheels powdercoated white and a white center cap with mazda and the ring in yellow. I have sideskirts, and the plan is they may be white as long as I do the bottom section of the front bumper also.

As far as the 1st gen eclipse bumper being bolt on. Yes pretty much. The width is really close and I cant really do anything with the weird spot on the side. I had to trim the back of the bumper to get rid of the molded bracing and change to a custom front bumper.

I took the hood with the bump off for the time being as it cracked out and I need to fix it. I didnt have enough yellow paint to paint this hood yellow so I spray painted this extra one white and was wondering the general consensus.

Thanks for the replies, any other ideas/comments let me hear them.

How about a darker shade of yellow on the hood and roof...the roof included for uniformity and a sleeker appearance.

You know what would look better? Paint the car white, then have the hood made out of yellow carbon fiber.

At least it'd be different.

is it just me or is the hood bent slightly right above the pass side light cover? it also looks like it could use a little ligning up across the front. the gap across the light covers differ quite abit from one side to the other.

Yes there are dents all over an I know the hood isnt set right. Rhis is one of my extra ones to just throw on there and see if I like the color and to possibly fix the other hood with the bump on it. If I end up wanting the hood to be white I will paint my other one with actual car paint not spray paint. I am also going to the track on friday so i wanted to cut down some weight. I also took my stereo out for more lightening.

i haven't seen a yellow on white color scheme that looked good YET. the rest of the car is pretty sweet though. lose the white and you'll be fine. my opinion of course. lol

White and yellow is too ricey for my taste. I think black would be alright on the hood, but yellow would be best.
