Mazdatrix has a price list link at the bottom of every page. The engine package is up to you. Get it ported, if you can afford it. They are expensive, but it's up to you. I got mine ported by Hayes out of Seattle, or somewhere over there in that area. I've heard mixed views about their work, but I'm happy with mine.....41K miles later. My engine was $1500 shipped to my door with exchange. An independent dealer for Hayes screwed up my original order 3 times, so he gave me a ported engine for his cost. It was a great deal, but the RX was out of commision for over a year while I was getting jerked around by this guy. Deals are out there, you just have to find them.

I am sure the guys at Rx7.com will sell you one, Mine has never ran better. The engine can go from 1400.00 to about 2400.00, depending on what you want to have done. I do not know about the shipping cust.
