Need your opinon

Need a second opinon.

When I was 16 some 12 years ago I bought my first car a RX7 series 2 1983.
I bought it off a friend for $500 bucks spent another 10k on it 12a engine rebuild, carbe rejetting, ignition modules, spoiler kit, Interior, exhaust, new fuel tank, simmons b45, and so on and so on...
After 3 years of dumping money into getting the ***** on more then one occasion I finally got it running nice and reliable then work changed and I needed a not so noisy air conditioned city driving car so I garaged the rx7 where it has been for the last 8 years (I have always started every few months) now I have been dricing around for the last few months and my love for the rx7 is back, however I want more power so I'm thinking engine swap out....

What is your 2 cents.. If I got the below item for 3kand put the guts into my series 2 (mine looks a lot nicer) am I mad knowing that the 13bre aint runnning..

or you rou reckon an engine package e.g. http://www.mazfix.com.au/engines/performengineopt.html

Anyways thanks for letting me get that off my chest the wife doesn't have much time for this kind of more power thoughts.

cheers,

Ausrot

If your motor is still in good shape then I say get the EFI conversion and turbo upgrade. then you dont have any engine swap work to do and youve spent the same money on a warrantied setup

Cheers.. Time to look into the cash options aye Im guessing that I wouldnt get away for less then 4k doing an engine and efi upgrade on the 12a.. All the options are keeping me a wake at night... geeze Im a sick puppy.. I'm starting to think that series 5 13b with series 5 gear box is good value for a grand. At tleast the work has been done by a pro shop that Im likely to ttake the car do..

thanks for ya 2 cents I appreciate it
