Hi. Ok today I was working on my car I was taking my back bumber off and my muffler have fell off the pipe so it is gust hanging there like the tip is pointing up but it was like that when I got it. So it have made a big dent on it . Ok so I took off my back bumper and there was more dents so I am asking is this a problem? I know it can be fixed but is there any thing I need to look out for near there? So I dont smash any thing when fixing? So is there is a another thing to ask how do you take off the front bumber?

I am going to take pics tomarrow the camra is dead. The mufflers back part where the pipe that hooks up to the muffler is not contected so the muffler gust hangs there. So I can push down on the muffler and you can tell it is not conteted to the pipe

It rusted/broke off where the pipes met the rear muffler? And as for your questions; the dents aren't a problem if you don't care, watch out for the gas tank if you try welding the stock muffler back up.

Get a haynes manual on the first gen rx7. You can get them from www.mazdatrix.com or from ebay. They help a lo with everything. They get there info from doing a complete teardown and then putting it back together.

Front bumper is held on by 2 long 14 mm head bolts. You access them from the bottom side of the bumper. You will need to unplug the signal lights and headlight squirters before you drop the bumper.

Link to the online FSM is in my sig line.
