I have an 84 with a 13b that has been converted to a carborator. It is a mikuni carb. Are these any good. Be honest, you won't hurt my feelings. I also need some pointers on setting engine timing. Any advise will help because I have a no money for my mechanic and I want to be able to do it all my self anyway.

 

Do a search on Paul Yaws timing. He has a site where he tells you how to mark your pulley and set the timing. It looks hard, but when you break it down and start doing it it is not hard. You will need a timing light.
