Beautiful fb jimmy. I am torn on this one cuz I like the clean look without the black molding but your 7 is SHARP. I have the same sunbeam silver on my GS and have contemplated for some time to remove all the black molding. My opinion is, if you want the look, remove the molding, don't just paint over it.

I say either paint them all or get rid of them all.

also
+ clear corners
+ side skirts
+ rear valance
+ you should "give" me those red seats

edit:ps what are those things in front of the lights on the pumper?

remove them, they collect water and will rust out your car.

Keep the molding black dont remove it cause when people open there car doors like the animals that they are that molding does save you from getting dents & chips but now with the big *** SUV's they hit ya higher but i just dont park next to them in the mall so keep the moldings and match the front with the rest, Car looks very hott

Nice car! I'd paint them black, the silver looks a little funky in the front.

take it all off. FB's look so much cleaner without the moulding.

Remove the molding. Looks great like that. However, I am almost ready to pitch that mindset for the paint it all black idea since that is a lot of one color on the car. Just ditch the molding.

Well since my car is the same color, here it is. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2124771
Without the molding. I like it myself. I'm not one for moldings on a car.

Cool

Leave it as it sits, looks fine, the front should not be interupted by a black stripe.
Don't mess with perfection.
Makes me want to paint my car now!
Nice job.

I've always wondered how durable the paintjob would be when painting over the trim. How does it stand up over time? Seems like there would be adhesion or separation issues long term. I love the way they look, if the color is right. Just worried about how they last...

The mouldings are very practical in providing protection. The black looks good so I'd say leave them black.
