need new starter bolts

need new starter bolts

well a starter bolt head was twisted off when i was trying to remove it and the other wasnt there when i got the car. can someone give me the specs so i can get new bolts. thanks

They are 14mm heads. The long bolt is 13cm long with 2cm threaded. Don't know about the short one or what type of thread, but i used the long bolt from my AC pump, it was slightly longer but worked fine.

they are 2 different sizes, and just to make sure you know, the upper one goes through the starter into the tranny, and the lower one goes through the engine, then the tranny, and threads into the starter. they are backwards

You got this backwards. Its the bottom bolt that goes through the starter and threads into the tranny and the upper bolt goes through the engine, then the tranny, and threads into the starter.

I can't remember the bolt size (14mm head sounds right), but the thread pitch is 1.25 I believe. They are a metric bolt, obviously.
