That style badge came on the front and rear of all Cosmo, Luce and RX-7s fitted with the 12AT. A decal of it was on the airbox. Thus, they are on my car.
They were available as a Mazda spare part in Japan until about eight years ago. Most were bought by RX-3 owners who imported them along with the engine. Getting them now is almost impossible as they are a rare collectors item. The last time one came on Japanese e-bay it fetched over $150.
It is possible to recreate them but what is the point if you do not have the genuine car- its ricer behaviour!
If you want to add a turbo badge TII ones are cheaply available

On a minor point; the badges are plastic, covered by clear, and inset into a black frame. The rear badges are all orange on black. The front is different, but the same font, and came in other colours depending on the colour of the car. They are totally different from any other badge Mazda used.
The car photographed looks like one of the silver special edition cars based on the GT model rather than the GT-X which was the next grade up. Note the rear rubber spoiler which was not standard on the GT. To have a full set of badges, there was another one on the pillar.

The link is www.ausrotary.com but no one in NZ or Australia has made a replica of any RX-7 badge. The usual performance upgrade is 13BT, and in the rare case a badge is added it is the TII one which can be bought easily from Victoria British.
Sometime ago there were replica RX-3 badges being made. These were not cheap, but in comparison a hot RX-3 can cost up to US $25,000. Recently a NZ person sold his collection of genuine RX-3 badges, and all the Jspec ones went in 24 hours at high prices.
