Need to identify a wire
I've tried to follow it back from the source but it seems to go inside through the passenger side. The color is an aqua greenish color and it comes packed in with other wires, which i colored on ms paint exactly how they were.

There's a picture. its an 84 gsl se.
i've checked the wiring diagrams and have googled for hours.

slight update, i still havent figured out what the wire is, but i took all visible wires and gave them a little cleaning. i tried to start the car, and everything starts moving, i can hear the rotors moving very slowly and the fan starts moving as well. after a while of trying a LOUD clicking started, is it the alternator? cause i also heard smaller more rapid clicks when i was trying to turn it on at first. also, when the fan started to move the wiper blades moved and all the lights on the dash lit up and the buzz from the rev limiter was going crazy. i'm really stumped, i had the starters checked months ago, and i checked if it was carbon locked before anything using the "bringing a rx7 back to life" thread.
and the cable the one the thread revolves around has both connections attached both male and female but the recieving end is just plastic. WHAT?!

The Green/black wire connected to the Black wire you have circled is the power for the magnetic clutch on the AC compressor. The wires you have colored are going into the AC Cut Relay (the metal box in your picture).
Your description sounds like it might be a low battery or a bad ground or power connection at the starter. I would start by cleaning your battery terminals and be sure the battery is fully charged. Once that end of the cables are clean, make sure that you have a good ground connection to the head of the long starter bolt. It goes in from the front and threads into the starter. The positive cable goes to a terminal on the rear of the starter. Be sure that is making a good connection also.

It connects to a wire on the A/C pump on the top, directly behind the drive belt. there are actually two wires there, not sure what they connect to or what the other one does, but the green/black wire connects to the inside wire on the a/c pump.
I checked in my workshop manual (though not very hard, i admit) and couldn't find what it goes to. I'll probably have to take a really close look at the wiring diagram...
If I have time I'll check the book and take a picture.

Sometimes the cables corrode internally. Easy check is to connect a jumper cable directly between the negative battery terminal and the starter body.
If the car turns over much faster something is wrong with the negative cable.
