Need help W/OMP

the orings were replaced.The problem im getting is with the lever slides up and down and it doesnt seam to catch.Does anybody have any pics.I dont remember if the clip for the lever goes on the top of the OMP hole or the bottom end of the Lever.

there should be a small hole in the rod, to connect it to the arm with a small hook pin. There is a hole on the top where it connects to the carb linkage, and one on the bottom where it connects to the omp.

The problem i think im having is that rod that slides thru the hole on the OMP just slides up and down.So when the OMP suposed to open It doesnt push the rod up it just slides up and down.I just wanted to know if the pin to holds the rod goes on the top of the hole on the OMP arm or bottom.
