I need to know What would make the header glow bright orange when car was at idle. Only the rear pipe of the header was glowing. If anyone knows, I really need to know.

Check the ignition on both plugs for that rotor.

Extremely lean!. Assuming the car is idling normal 800-1000 RPM, check the ignition and then go to the fuel system. What kind of header??? IF it's a Racing Beat, then you have problems somewhere...if it's a Pacesetter, that's about normal. lol I melted a hole through the first and only Pacesetter header and haven't used the Pacesetters since.
