Hello Everyone,
1985 GSL-SE. I removed my engine to paint the engine and engine bay. I'm in the process of reinstalling everything and am having extreme difficulty with the installation of the ac condenser. I cannot get the bracket to line up no matter how I try and am out of ideas. Can anyone send some detailed pictures of their ac condenser, where the brackets mount? Especially the passengers side? I'm at a complete standstill and it would be very much appreciated. Included are pics of said condenser bracket.

I think we solved the problem after an hour of starting at the stupid thing. The mounting holes would not line up on the passenger side. Looking through a container holding various small parts and bolts and such we discovered two small (maybe 2 to 3 inches long) brackets. Using these the holes magically lined up and we could bolt in the condenser.
So, either those were brackets that were supposed to go there or we "borrowed" two brackets meant for something else and it worked. Can anyone confirm that the passenger side of the condenser uses to small brackets to mount? Thanks!
