need feedback for my 12a

I have a 1985 12a with street port, holley carb, holley fuewl pump, open exahust all the way to the muffler with headers, front mount oil cooler,removed air pump, ss brake lines.

Can I get some suggestions on what else I can do to get it better.

Check the FAQs and use the Search function at the top right of the Forum. This question has been asked a million times and is actually covered in the FAQs under "Upgrading a 1st Gen".

2nd Gen ignition upgrade.
Turbo.
Synthetic lubrication throughout the entire drivetrain.
Forced air intake.


And, I'm wondering why some members are using their actual e-mail address as a user name? This isn't the first time I've seen that. Takes up the entire board, almost.

Sounds like you're running good now. Not fast enought for you??

Get the welder out a make a custom turbo for it.

Too much work.

I've seen a 1st gen turbo run a 10.8 @125mph 1/4 mile.

Thats plenty fast!! Ill dig for the video...

TII means it was the 2nd itteration of a turbo engine. Had nothing to do with being in a 2nd gen. 12AT was the 1st version.

hey michael thanxs for the oil cooler i now have my extra raccing beat cooler lines laying around for the front mount oil cooler the stainless steell ones that are red and blue tiped if you want them there yours let me know
