Wonder how many other alternators are compatible. It'd be nice to see a parts list form other cars... Perhaps a Millenia, B Series/Ranger, 626/MX-6/Probe...

3rd Gen RX-7's are a bit hard to come by, but the 100+ amp alternator puts in a nice overhead.

626/MX-6 are the same. In fact, thats what I have used in the past. For others, Im not sure since I havent spent the time. But all you have to do is to look in the pigtail. Most of the Mazda cars, 81-87, have similar pigtail wires

I'd assume the 626/MX-6/Probe alt is a 70 or 80 amp unit...
Probably ditto on the B Series and Ranger. (I know the main fuse in my 1989 B2600i is 80 amp...)

I have looked up the Millenia and it's a 100 amp fuse just like the FD...

Maybe Max7 can chime in... He's got a Millenia. Perhaps he can disect it for science.
