Does anyone know what could cause my oil guage to max out when i turn the key on but before the engine actually is running?
This began immediately after after changeing out the O-rings on the beehive oil cooler.I did knock off the wire that goes to pressure sensor but reattached it.Everything looks good,nothing suspicious.
What i wonder is the single wire to the sensor is the only wire i should be concerned with?Or is there another that could have lost its contact during installation of the beehive?

 

Clean the connection and try again.

 

Had the same problem. I ran a new ground cable from the neg. on the battery to the motor. Now everything works great again.
