NEXT problem is my Oil pump i have a electric one , BUT i have another 13b with a Manual oil pump , that imma use , BUT how do i LInk up the manual oil pump to the Holley linkage , Because as far as ive been looking my 600 holley doesnt have any Extra holes to Improvise or weld the linkage , SO how do you 1st gen Carb guys do it with your oil pump and etc ?????????????????

If you're using a non-RB carburetor, you will need to put an open spacer between the carb and the manifold if you want the engine to run half decent at high RPM.

RB sells injector hole plugs, or you could see if you could just leave the injectors in there. Cheap and sleazy!

Electric OMP on an '87? Anyway most of us carb guys don't use OMPs, we just premix. Easier, simpler, and better for the engine.

Another thing you could do (but not sure), is tap the injector holes to accept a bolt. Just tap them and thread a bolt into the hole. Now its pluged.

Re: NEED 1st Gen Guys KNowledge

1. problem is the were the injectors were theres 2 holes ,

Racing beat sells the kit to plug up the holes in the intermetdiate housing. for the rotor housings, just get a bolt with same thread pitch. Be sure that the replacement bolt is the same lenght as the original injector. You dont want the bolt to go inside the rotor housing. In my ported 13-B using GSL-SE rotor housings, I modified the stock injectors. I cut off the upper section (leaving just the bolt looking area right above the threads) and welded the hole shut. It was easier for me to this than to look for the right bolt.

2. Either run a hose from in back of the water pump to the rear plate OR just plug it (using a short piece of rubber hose, bolt and clamps). Looks cheesy but its a temporary solution til you come up with something better.

3. NEXT problem is my Oil pump i have a electric one , BUT i have another 13b with a Manual oil pump , that imma use, how do i LInk up the manual oil pump to the Holley linkage

Use the manual OMP. yes, its pretty difficult to modify the holley carb to make it operate like the stock carb or other aftermarket carbs such as webber, dellorto & mikuni. Just use a piece of wire to keep the OMP in up position (tie a piece of wire to the OMP...Other end of wire tied to the water pump housing_

OMP oil line tap it to the intake manifold using the stock nikkis orignal OMP soft and hard lines.
